These terms apply when you browse vcxracing.com, view its content, or submit a form through the website. By using the website, you agree to use it lawfully and in accordance with these terms. If you do not agree, please stop using the website.

A racer application, VCX-owned event, organizer-led event, venue, or third-party service may have separate terms presented before you use or join it.

VCX aims to keep website information clear and current, but event dates, venues, formats, availability, capabilities, media, and results can change. “To be announced”, “coming soon”, test-environment, and similar labels are not confirmed offers.

We may update, correct, suspend, or remove website content or features where reasonably necessary. We do not promise uninterrupted or error-free access.

Submitting a VCX Grand Prix-interest form does not reserve a slot, create a sale, guarantee eligibility, or require VCX to stage the event. A place is confirmed only through the registration and acceptance process stated for that event.

A collaboration enquiry does not create a partnership, agency, sponsorship, exclusivity arrangement, or binding commitment. Any collaboration must be separately agreed by authorized representatives.

Each event should identify its organizer. For an organizer-led event, that organizer remains responsible for its entry decisions, price and payment rules, category eligibility, schedule, safety, venue requirements, changes, cancellations, refunds, and official results unless a written arrangement expressly assigns a responsibility to VCX.

For a VCX-owned event, the specific event terms presented before registration will explain the confirmed offer, inclusions, participant obligations, and applicable change or refund rules.

You must not misuse the website or attempt to:

• interfere with security, availability, forms, or other users;
• submit false, unlawful, harmful, abusive, or unauthorized information;
• scrape, copy, reverse engineer, or exploit the website beyond what law allows; or
• impersonate another person or misrepresent authority to act for them.

The VCX name, logo, website design, copy, graphics, system demonstrations, and VCX-owned media are protected by applicable intellectual-property rights. You may view and share public page links for personal, non-commercial use, but may not reproduce or commercially use protected material without permission.

Event results and media may also involve organizer, timing-provider, photographer, videographer, participant, or platform rights. Report an accuracy or rights concern using the event contact or the VCX email below.

The website may link to YouTube, social media, maps, an organizer, a venue, or another service. Those services operate under their own terms and privacy practices. A link does not mean VCX controls or guarantees the external service.

The website is provided for general information and enquiry access. To the extent permitted by law, VCX is not responsible for loss caused by relying on unconfirmed information, an external service, or an independent organizer's action. Nothing in these terms excludes a right or remedy that cannot lawfully be excluded.
