01Website, Racer Account, or External Record
The public VCX identity website has no sign-in and does not create an account when you browse or send an enquiry. A VCX racer application or another VCX-owned service may create an account when you register there.
An external organizer, track, timing provider, ticketing service, payment provider, or media platform may control a separate record. VCX will explain the correct owner when it can identify one, but cannot delete a third party's independent account.
02How to Request Deletion
- Email vcxracingcentre@gmail.com, preferably from the address registered to your VCX account.
- Use the subject “VCX Account Deletion Request”.
- Include your racer or account name and registered phone number so we can locate the correct record.
- State the VCX app, event, or service involved if known.
Never send your password, one-time code, payment-card details, recovery secret, or a full identity document by ordinary email.
03How VCX Verifies the Request
Account deletion is difficult to reverse. VCX will therefore confirm that the requester controls the account using the least information reasonably needed. This may include replying through the registered email or confirming limited account details through an approved channel.
If VCX cannot safely match or verify the account, we will explain what additional step is needed without revealing whether another person's account exists.
04What Deletion Changes
Once approved and completed, deletion normally removes or disables:
- sign-in access, active sessions, and authentication credentials;
- the basic VCX account profile and account-only preferences; and
- personal data that is no longer needed for an event, dispute, security, or legal purpose.
You may lose access to account-only event history, benefits, or features. VCX will explain a material consequence before completing the request where practical.
05Records That May Need Separate Treatment
Deleting an account does not always mean every connected record disappears immediately. VCX or the responsible organizer may need to retain, restrict, anonymize, or separately review official results, payment or transaction evidence, safety records, dispute material, fraud-prevention records, legal obligations, and protected backups until their normal cycle ends.
Retained information will not be used for a new unrelated purpose. Where possible, access will be restricted and the link to the deleted account removed.
06Results, Media, and Corrections
If your concern is an incorrect name, category, lap, position, point, image, video, or attribution, ask for a correction or media review instead of deleting the entire account. Official results and event media may involve a different owner and a separate review.
07Acknowledgement and Outcome
VCX will acknowledge the request through the monitored inbox, verify the correct service and owner, and explain the expected timing. When the process is complete, we will confirm the outcome or identify any record that must remain and why.
