VCX Racing, also known as Vertex Connectivity Experience ("VCX"), is responsible for personal data where VCX decides how and why it is processed through this website or a VCX-owned service.

An external organizer, track, timing provider, payment service, social platform, or video platform may be independently responsible for information it collects. Its own notice applies to that processing.

• Website enquiries: your name, email address, phone number, request, consent record, and source page.
• Racer services: account, registration, event, check-in, participation, result, lap, point, and support information when that service is active.
• Technical protection: limited request information used to prevent abuse, including short-lived hashed network and device signals.

Most information comes directly from you. Event information may also come from an authorized organizer, track, timing provider, or guardian.

• Respond to Grand Prix interest, collaboration requests, and support enquiries.
• Operate approved accounts, registration, check-in, event communication, results, and racer records.
• Protect our website and services, investigate misuse, and meet legal obligations.
• Publish results or event media only where the event information, authority, and applicable notice allow it.

Fields marked as required are needed to process that request. If you do not provide them, VCX may be unable to respond or deliver the requested service. Submitting Grand Prix interest does not reserve or purchase a race slot.

VCX may share only the information needed with authorized team members, the responsible event organizer, and providers supporting database hosting, website hosting, security, and email delivery. Our current website enquiry flow uses Supabase for database services and Google/Gmail for email delivery.

Some providers may process information outside Malaysia. Where a cross-border transfer occurs, VCX will take reasonable steps to use an applicable transfer condition and appropriate protection. We may also disclose information where required by law or to protect people, rights, and systems.

Website enquiry records are scheduled for deletion from the enquiry database after 90 days. Anti-abuse fingerprints expire after approximately 15 minutes. Related email conversations and case records are kept only as long as reasonably needed to answer the request, protect the service, resolve a dispute, or meet a legal duty.

VCX uses access controls, server-side processing, restricted database permissions, and other reasonable safeguards. No online system can promise absolute security.

Event details should identify the organizer and explain any registration, results, photography, video, livestream, or public-record use. Historical race results may need correction, restriction, anonymization, or retention instead of automatic deletion to preserve event integrity and resolve disputes.

Where a racer cannot legally provide the required permission, VCX or the responsible organizer may require authorization from a parent or guardian.

Subject to applicable law, you may ask to access or correct personal data, withdraw consent, stop direct marketing, or raise a concern about how your information is handled. Withdrawing consent does not affect processing already carried out lawfully and may limit a service that depends on that information.

This notice is effective from 11 August 2026. We may update it when our services, providers, or legal responsibilities change. A material update will be identified by a revised effective date and, where appropriate, an additional notice.
